SHARE OPTIONS
The main Share options: Vegetarian, Carnivore and Omnivore.
- The price this year for a Vegetarian Share is $550 and includes a ½ bushel basket full of just picked fresh vegetables and herbs (farmer’s choice). Vegetarian Half Shares are also available for $300.
- The Carnivore Share is $550.00 includes 4-5lbs +/- of farm raised, pastured meat (farmer’s choice of beef, chicken, pork, duck, lamb & rabbit).
- The Omnivore Share combines a full Vegetarian Share and Carnivore Share for $1075.00.
ADD ON OPTIONS
Add on option include Egg shares. (Sorry, Egg Shares are sold out for 2013. Eggs may be sold a la carte when available.)
- The Egg Share is $50 includes one dozen farm fresh eggs from our free range, heritage breed hens.
(Please note that “add on options” can be added onto any of the main shares, but are not intended to stand alone.)
Produce could include (but not limited to) a wide variety of beans, broccoli, cabbages, cauliflower, cucumbers, herbs, melons, okra, onions, peas, peppers, pot greens, radishes, root vegetables, salad greens, squashes, tomatoes… and whatever else tickles the gardener’s fancy!
Meats include varying cuts of beef, pork and lamb, as well as whole roasting chickens, ducks and rabbits. Should the opportunity arise, specialty meats could make an appearance.
